How do I join the Rosie Rewards Loyalty Program?

How do I earn points?

You can earn 5 point for each $1 that you spend with us after you have signed up to the program. Other ways are listed above.

You will not earn points when purchasing gift cards. Points are removed when an order is cancelled, declined or refunded.

How do I see and redeem the points?

A. Use points at checkout

You can choose whether to use the whole or partial amount of points. 

B. Convert to coupon

If you head to the Rewards tab at the top of our main page and log in, you will see how many points you have earned, if you have accumulated more than 500 points you will be able to convert them to a coupon giving you a cash discount.

 You can then copy the voucher code and apply it in the discount code section at checkout.

Will the loyalty program backtrack my orders?

Points will be calculated from purchases from 01/01/2022 onwards.

How do I refer a friend?

1. Log in and find your unique referral link at the bottom of the page

2. Share link with your loved ones – this link entitles them to 15% off their first order.

3. You will get receive 1000 points when they make their first purchase. 

Can wholesale accounts earn points?

Wholesale accounts are unable to earn points through our Rosie Rewards.

Is there an order minimum when redeeming points?

Yes, you must have a minimum of $30 worth of product in your cart in order to use a points coupon. 

Can I use more than one discount at a time?

You are unable to use more than one discount code at checkout. Because loyalty points are redeemed by using a code you will not be able to use a second discount code on top of this.
