Free shipping is for standard (non-wholesale) orders over $70 AUD (subtotal, excluding shipping costs).
Please note: All Australian orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia. During busy sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer. If you live in WA, or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide. By ordering online or at one of your local stockists, we can have your desired products shipped to you no matter where you are in the world.
Please note some seeds are not permitted in New Zealand.
Where do you ship from?
We are located in Brisbane Australia. Rosie Lou also has a number of local and international stockists.
How long does it take to process an order?
Once your order has been placed we will ship your order within two business days. If you place your order on the weekend, we will process your order the following business day. During sale or busy periods it may take longer to process your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for wholesale orders to be processed and shipped.
How can I check the status of my purchase?
If you created an account at checkout or already have a Rosie Lou account, you can log in to view all your orders. Alternatively, we will send you an email when your purchase has been processed.
My order is ‘On hold’ when I log into my account. Why?
When your order is ‘On hold’, it means there is a manual action required on our end before the order can be shipped. This usually occurs when payment is still being processed. There should not be any further action required and your order is usually processed within 2 business days. We will send an email notification letting you know if any further action is required on your end.
My order is ‘Processing’ when I log into my account. Why?
When your order is ‘Processing’, it means the payment has been received and the order is being prepared for shipping.
The status will be updated to ‘complete’ after we have finished processing your order.
My order is ‘complete’ when I log into my account, but I still haven’t received my parcel. Why?
When your order is ‘complete’, it means your order has been shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you.
It is now up to Australia post to deliver your purchase on time.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us with your order number and the new address. It may not always be possible, however, we’ll try our best to update your shipping address.
